Is the first meeting really free?
Yes. Your first meeting is 30 minutes, in person or by video, at no cost. If we can help, we explain how and what it would cost. If we can't, we point you to someone who can.
How much will my case cost?
It depends on the matter. Many of our services are flat fees, injury cases are on contingency, and contested cases are hourly with a monthly cap. You get the fee in writing before any work starts.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Any papers you have about the matter: letters, court papers, contracts, photos or insurance information. If you don't have any, come anyway.
Will I work with a lawyer or an assistant?
With a lawyer. You get the direct phone number and email of the attorney on your matter.
Do you work with people outside Columbus?
Yes, anywhere in Ohio. Most meetings can happen by video, and we travel to courts across the state.
