New homes
A house designed from the ground up for your site, your family and your budget.

Renovations and additions

Interior design
Finishes, lighting, joinery and furniture, chosen together so the rooms feel finished.

Whole homes or a few key rooms, new or existing.

Construction cost is the builder's price for the work. Fees are sample numbers: every project gets a written fee proposal before any work starts.

What does a project usually cost to build?
In the Twin Cities right now, most of our new homes cost $450 to $650 per square foot to build, and renovations vary much more. We give you an honest range at the first meeting.
Do you work outside Minneapolis?
Yes. We work across Minnesota and western Wisconsin, and further for the right project, with a local architect of record where needed.
Can we choose our own builder?
Yes. We can work with a builder you already know, or invite two or three we trust to price the drawings.
Do you take on single rooms?
For interiors, yes, if it is a room that matters to you, like a kitchen. For architecture, our smallest projects are usually whole floor renovations.
