Hi, I am Nora. I coach founders to lead, not just do.
Twelve years running a business, eight years coaching people who run one.
My story
I started my agency at 27 with a laptop and one client. Six years later we were 20 people, and I was more tired than ever.
I was the person every decision went through. I answered email at midnight. I missed my daughter’s school play for a pitch we did not win.
A mentor asked me one question: what would break if you took a month off? The honest answer was everything. That was the start of the change.
I rebuilt how the business ran. Clear priorities, a team trusted to decide, and a week with space in it. We doubled revenue the next year, and I sold the agency in 2018.
Now I help other founders do the same, without the six years of burnout first.
