Family photos without the stress

· 1 min read

Family photos have a reputation for dragging on. They don't have to. Three things make the difference.

Write a short list

Eight to ten groupings is usually enough. Write them down with names, so nobody has to remember on the day.

Pick a helper

A cousin or friend who knows everyone can gather the next group while I photograph the current one.

Start with the grandparents

Photograph the oldest guests first so they can sit down and enjoy a drink.
