Maya and TheoGolden hour in the long grass

Maya and Theo dancing in the long grass as the sun sets behind them

A backyard style wedding on Theo's family farm, with a ceremony in the orchard and portraits in the hay field as the sun went down.

Maya and Theo wanted a day that felt like a long summer supper with everyone they love. The ceremony was under the oldest apple tree on the farm, with folding chairs borrowed from the church down the road.

We slipped away for twenty minutes at golden hour. No big poses, just a walk through the long grass while the light did the work.

The night ended with a bonfire and a fiddle player who did not stop until the last cousin went home.
