This page explains what information Nightjar Tattoo & Barber collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, what you are booking, the artist or barber you picked, the days that suit you and, for tattoos, your idea, placement, size, color choice, budget if you give it and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you book, to plan your appointment.

Consent forms and records we keep at the shop when you get tattooed are covered by what you sign on the day, not by this page.

Our host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Form messages are handled by our hosting provider or our email provider, which process them on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@example.com and we will reply within 30 days.
