Overview

Generic AI writing is easy to spot. Handoff Hero gives every account its own knowledge base of brand voice, reference facts and past posts, and grounds every draft in it, so the output reads like the business that published it.

The challenge

“Long posts drift and lose quality, AI calls cost real money, and publishing is where most tools stop. The product needed to write 4,000-word posts reliably, charge fairly for very different kinds of work, and finish the job on the customer's own site.”

What I built

  1. 01

    Long posts are written section by section from an editable outline, with a live checklist so users can watch a pillar post come together.

  2. 02

    A credit system reserves the cost before any AI call runs and refunds it automatically if the call fails, so concurrent requests can never overspend.

  3. 03

    One click publishes to WordPress or Ghost with tags, categories, cover image and FAQ schema, using credentials encrypted in Supabase Vault.

  4. 04

    A full SEO toolkit sits around the writer: keyword data, rank tracking, content-gap maps against competitors, and internal and affiliate link suggestions.
