Before Claude builds anything, it needs to know what your brand looks and sounds like. If you skip this, you get a site that looks like every other AI site: blue buttons, vague copy, words like "seamless" and "unlock". A short written brand fixes that for good.
Both paths in this module end with the same thing: a file called brand.md. It holds your name, your one line pitch, who you serve, how you write, your colors with their hex codes, your fonts and how to use your logo. In module 3 it goes into your repo, and your CLAUDE.md points at it, so every future change follows it without you repeating yourself.
